Conrad’s records are crafted with precision. You may not know what each new release will hold, but two things are certain: it will be extraordinary — and you will dance.
I delve into my German roots with DIE TIEFE, a German-language techno thumper. My mom is German and immigrated to the United States in her 20s. I'm fluent in German and am a German/American dual-citizen, so German culture has consistently played an important role in my identity. Germany's electronic music scene has always inspired me. The history of techno in cold war Berlin as a tool of political resistance and unity gives me goosebumps. With the release of DIE TIEFE, which translates to "the depths," I'm honored to contribute to a long legacy of German-language techno music.
It's girls night!!!! My best friend Claire's ex-boyfriend Dave said this song was TRASH and that he HATES TECHNO?!? I need your help to prove Dave wrong!!!! Stream this now and rave with me!
"FEED YOUR SOUL," featuring Conrad's own vocals, encapsulates the vibrant energy and uplifting experience Conrad strives to evoke on the dance floor during his live shows. This potent mantra is designed to resonate deeply, inspiring a sense of connection and liberation. The goal was to craft a techno track that not only moves the body but also touches the spirit.
"Beverly" unfolds as a compelling narrative in 3 acts. It opens with a rap-infused tribal house rhythm, gracefully transitions into a melodic house anthem, and reaches its zenith with an intense, dark techno finale. "Beverly" evolves as a relationship with a significant other might evolve. First, it is fun and flirtatious, then it becomes beautiful and romantic, and then it ends with darkness and despair. This track is a collaboration with rapper Marques Martin, who is swiftly ascending NY's underground music scene.
"i will live (i will die)" takes listeners from the caverns of a bass-covered trance into calm nirvana, giving you the opportunity to nourish both your dancing feet and your soul. "i will live (i will die)" is about the duality of being in love with someone who isn’t reciprocating, and feeling like it’s the end of the world. But, you don’t need anyone. You are life, until death. It’s yours.
This unorthodox deep house track represents the pinnacle of emotional expression in Conrad's production journey. His longstanding passion for encouraging boys and men to openly share their emotions and demonstrate vulnerability is embodied in "boys (expressing their feelings)." This musical narrative unfolds in two distinct parts: it starts with a subdued sense of melancholy and self-reflection, but grows into a bright, triumphant, and hopeful vision of what genuine emotional expression among boys and men should aspire to be (it's really strong).
Famously described as an "instant dance-floor-filler" (by Conrad's roommate), Craving More has delivered its dark and hypnotic rhythm to listeners around the world. This was Conrad's first release in partnership with Empire Records.
Decide is a crisp dance floor filler. Using a unique amalgamation of sounds and instruments, this record is all about building and releasing tension. The second drop features Conrad's own warcry, defining the climax of the track, and exhibiting the intimate approach taken in Decide's production.
What I See In Me is about rejecting unhealthy relationships and looking inward for love and acceptance. The genre-bending drop is designed to give you the experience of the song's message, bringing listeners from uncertainty to defiance -- from pain to euphoria.
